Our Client is an international company from the FMCG industry with an SSC unit in Warsaw. They are known for their high-quality products which are recognised globally.
Description
cooperation with HR Administration - collecting information about sick leaves, maternity/paternity leaves, bonuses and vacation
preparing input and sending it to the external payroll provider
verifying output, preparing monthly payroll
post payroll processes
preparing payroll and post payroll reports
internal and external audit
Profile
English is a must - preferably on a C1 level
Any other language will be an advantage (especially German, French, Spanish or Italian)
Experience in processing payroll required - experience in international payroll is an advantage
HR knowledge is beneficial
Systems knowledge is an advantage - Workday/SAP SuccessFactors
