Payroll Specialist with English
Responsibility for coordinating, processing and paying 1500+ employees monthly. You will work closely with the international HR & Payroll teams to build strong working relationships and ensure process consistency and governance is maintained.

Description
- End to End processing of Poland & Global payrolls (Imports, data keying into ADP Freedom, manual calculations, reports, reconciliations etc)
- Responsible for coordinating, collating and inputting variables within the pre-agreed deadlines, seeking necessary authorisations as appropriate and submission to third party payroll companies for payroll processing
- Running various absence/data reports from Oracle
- Preparing payrolls for monthly approvals and assisting with the submission of statutory notices and relevant tax documents to third parties
- Assist with the day to day payroll inbox and related queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure that the safeguards and controls remain in place and any changes are recorded and communicated to minimise risk
- Build effective working relationships and credibility with key stakeholders and third-party providers
- Support the wider International HR teams with payroll and process queries
Profile
- min. 2 years of experience in Polish payroll processing
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of payroll programs (ADP Freedom will be an asset)
- International payroll experience would be an asset
- Strong MS Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels
- Confident self-starter able to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer driven, collaborative with a hands-on approach
- Excellent attention to detail and experience of working to tight deadlines
