On behalf of our Client, a global organisation establishing its new SSC in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidate for the position of Payroll Project Manager .
Your new role
Holding the position of Payroll Project Manager you will be responsible for coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. You will have to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. You will assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and resource availability and allocation. Apart from that, you will develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Other responsibilities will include measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting and escalating to management as needed, performing risk management to minimise project risk. You will have to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project. Your managerial responsibilities will include delegating project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels, tracking project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. You will also have to meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.

To be successful in this role you should possess proven working experience in project management, excellent collaborative and communication skills, as well as solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
