Payroll Manager
Location: KatowiceAs a Payroll Manager you will be responsible for:
- All operational deliverables mentioned in the contract and the agreed service levels for the accounts you manage in your jurisdiction.
- Managing relationship with the client and customer expectations,
- Communication with the client and account stakeholders, handling weekly and monthly meetings and ad-hoc interactions
- Delivering payroll service in standard, compliant, accurate, timely and cost effective manner
- Performance reporting and improvements handling
- Managing the operations team delivering service for accounts under your jurisdiction
- Plan and resource effectively to handle the peaks and troughs of the business and increase the quality of the team through good recruitment, training and development, and through effective coaching,
- Setting clear goals with their team and monitor performance to ensure that operations deliver the required output – enabling the teams to control and improve service

Required Skills for this positon:
- Relevant experience administering payroll & HR,
- Relevant experience working with Polish Payroll or Labor Law
- Good level of English – B2
- Management skills
- A good understanding of external, client and internal compliance requirements
- The ability to follow NGA HR Customer Service standards
- The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills
- The ability to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
