Payroll Manager / Compensation & Benefits Expert

For our client , international production company with global reach, we are currently looking for the candidates to fill the position of Payroll Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead, develop and support the team of 5 people
- Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing occurs
- Project leadership
- Responsibility for compliance with legal requirments and company internal HR regulations (Payroll, social contribution, taxes, etc.)
- Responsible for the job grading systems
- Monitoring and planning of working time, sickness and other relevant absence documentation
- Responsible for introduction, maintenance and further development of salary systems
- Provide support to Shared Service Centre in Germany
- Responsibility for Time Management, incl, monitoring and planning of working time, sickness and other relevant absence documentation

Requirements:
- University Degree: Master in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administation
- 8+ years of work experience in Human Resources in Poland
- Experience in an international environment ( production company)
- Proven experience of team management
- Experience in or with HR Shared Service Centers
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Project Management experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress
