Our Client is a manufacturing company entering the European market. Currently in greenfield phase, creating brand new production plant in Poznań surrounding. For this fast growing environment we are looking for Payroll Expert, who will take up an independent position and will report directly to the HR Manager.
Scope of duties:
Payroll processing end to end
Review and resolve payroll requests
Creating and improving procedures and processes
Legalisation of residence and work of foreigners from outside the EU,
Provide data quality in system
Taking care of high payroll accuracy
Master data management
Maintaining payroll cycle
Processing compensation and benefits
Contact with Institution
RODO issue
Requirements:
Experience in polish payroll area in manufacturing company (min. 3 years)
Practical understanding of Polish labour law
High level of self-organisation of work
Fluent knowledge of English
Problem-solver attitude
