For our Client, global FMCG Corporation, we are seeking Candidates for the role of:
Payroll Controlling & Reporting Analyst
The Analyst will be responsible for cooperation with accounting team in terms of month end close activities to ensure correctness of bookings; analysis of compensation and benefits, annual bonus reconciliation, calculating costs related to relocation and benefits for Expacts, as well as ensuring correct accounting treatment for complex Payroll. The scope of duties will also include cooperation with payroll teams to monitor costs, and providing support for planning team by analysis of cash flow and improving forecasts’ accuracy. The Analyst will have to ensure compliance to policy of the Group, provide key variance analysis and explanations to managers, report to stakeholders, and cooperate closely with HQ providing monthly financial reviews.
We are looking for Candidates with approximately 5 years of relevant experience (including accountancy – ACA/ACCA certificates desirable), gained preferably in an international environment. Fluency in English is mandatory , as well as experience in working with an integrated finance software package or ERP system – preferably SAP, Oracle and Hyperion (HFM) . The Candidates also need to have experience in forecasting, budgeting and creating financial models . We are looking for people with strong analytical skills, detail and results orientated, flexible and self-motivated.

This is a contract for 2-3 month starting ASAP, with possibility of prolongation of employment on stable position.
