For our Client, internationalinformation technology company is looking for Business Analyst to join their international Payroll Team.

Your new role
As a Payroll Business Analyst you will be working for an international project, responsible for functional support on payroll, personal administration and legal reporting for Slovakia. Ensuring the payroll consistency and its alignment with the business requirements and legal constraints.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you need to have in-depth understanding of HR with a special focus on Payroll functions and processes in Slovakia, cross-functional project management experience, customer service orientation. Moreover very good knowledge of Human Resources domains especially functional scope and the legal constraints of Payroll and Personal Administration of Slovakia. Experience in test cases design and execution and basic knowledge of Slovak language (B1 level) are a plus.
