Payroll Business Analyst for Slovakia

Job description
Working for an international project, responsible for functional support on payroll, personal administration and legal reporting for Slovakia. Ensuring the payroll consistency and its alignment with the business requirements and legal constraints.
Skills and experience
- In-depth understanding of HR with a special focus on Payroll functions and processes in Slovakia
- Cross-functional project management experience
- Customer Service Orientation
- Understanding of business requirements
- Experience in test cases design and execution is a plus
Main responsibilities
- Description of the functional scope
- Design, preparation, prioritization and execution of end to end Payroll test cases (scenarios building, incidents follow up)
- Monitoring of test cases advancement
- Functional support to the development team
- Documentation elaboration
- Performing diagnosis and resolution of complex issues
- Making recommendations and provide solutions that meet user expectations
- Primary contact with legal advisors to interpret compliance, regulatory and audit requirements
- Legal watch, and analysis of potential impacts
Prerequisites
- Independent, may work without supervision
- Very good knowledge of Human Resources domains especially functional scope and the legal constraints of Payroll and Personal Administration of Slovakia
- Experience of a HRIS in the Slovakia context is a plus
- Determines and develops approaches to solutions
- Possess capacities to search and investigate
- Good communication skills (speaking and writing)

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
