Your new role
As a Payroll & Benefit Operations Specialist you will coordinate the payroll processes for Germany and Switzerland, collect data to prepare payroll, support local P&O team, ensure payroll compliance with local and legal standards, produce salary payments, response to payroll queries raised by HR and/or employees and optimise payroll operational processes and services.
What you'll need to succeed
You should have experience in payroll operations (any country), fluency in German and English languages. We are looking for a person who accepts challenges and who is willing to learn.
