Payroll Time & Attendance Specialist
For our Client an international company located in Kraków, we are currently looking for fresh graduates and customer service professionals to join our Clearance&Brokerage Operations Team.

Position Summary:
As Specialist you will support the ongoing implementations of our international time and attendance systems as part of our Center of Excellence. You will work with an international, driven team of Experts across multiple regions. Implementation support starts with preparational work, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing as well as go live transition. Once the implementations are finalized, you will guide country teams in base business activities within the systems and provide expertise around system configuration issues, new requirements, analytics and system performance. Coordination between multiple departments will be part of daily business as usual, ensuring our front line staff can use the systems at its capacity. Within this role, there will also be certain training requirements. As Specialist you will also act as a technical expert on complex and specialist subject(s) and support management with the analysis, interpretation, and application of complex information, contributing to the achievement of divisional and corporate goals.

What will help you to be successful in the role?
- Previous practical experience with Time&Attendance systems (example: Kronos)
- Fluent English
- Experience in the role which required participation in projects as well as support for internal customers by providing the best services
- Accuracy & Attention to Detail; Analytical Skills; Planning & Organizing Skills; Problem Solving Skills; Written & Verbal Communication Skills
