Payroll and Global Mobility Manager
In the role of Payroll and Global Mobility Manager you will be responsible for managing a team and support Global Rewards, Local Payrolls, Data Privacy, Tax vendor and Mobility processes globally.

This is an opportunity for you to join a newly created Business Hub in Warsaw and take part in the creation of Mobility Operation process. The company is from the production sector and its office is located in the Warsaw City Center.
Description
- Managing a team of 5 specialists
- Managing and controlling Mobility and Payroll KPIs and SLAs
- Being the first point of contact for Mobility and Payroll processes
- Validating all payroll changes for Compensations & Benefits and payments
- Managing the Assignee Home/ Host Data Gathering Process in close cooperation with Global Tax consultants
- Ensuring process controls for all scope
- Ensuring timely updates of process documentation
- Creating Mobility reports and providing required analyses
- Maintaining systems integration and system Licenses, and leading system changes if required
- Managing End User Trainings plans & deliverables
- Coordinating change management plans and projects
- Driving process improvements and cooperating with stakeholders on process change projects
Profile
- University degree in Finance or Economics
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in the area of payroll/HR, preferably in international structures
- Solid experience in Personal taxes and social security concept
- Strong HR/Payroll Process understanding as well as financial controls and risk management
- Good knowledge of SAP HR, MS Office
- Fluent English
- Very good problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and cooperate with stakeholders with different seniority
- Strong attention to details
