Payroll Analyst with French
Currently we are looking for Payroll Analyst with French to join existing team in the stable and international company in Warsaw. The person in this position will be responsible for providing payroll support for entities from France in cooperation with external payroll provider.

Description
- Processing documents of new hires and leavers
- Processing payroll data in the SAP system: bonuses, shift premiums, benefits, overtime, transportation allowance, absences, etc.
- Verifying T&A and payroll output
- Processing monthly payments
- Preparing internal payroll reports
- Handling inquiries from employees, managers and other internal stakeholders
- Maintaining a relationship with external payroll provider
- Preparing year end declarations
- Participating in additional payroll projects
Profile
- Higher education in Finance/Accounting or Economics
- Experience working in a similar position is a must
- Fluent French and English
- Good knowledge of the SAP Payroll system and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ability to work towards deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highly organized and confidential
