With its administration, insourcing and risk management services, the company focuses on the administration and structuring of funds, securities, real assets as well as alternative asset classes and offers complex risk management solutions.
In order to support our continuous growth, we are currently looking for a Payroll Administratorwith German, to be based in our operations in Cracow.
Your areas of responsibility include:
• Support with Daily Payroll Processing;
• Analyse Payroll data and adjust forecasts;
• Support the HR Controlling team (HC, accruals, bands);
• Support with strategic Comp & Ben topics;
• Support with admin Comp & Ben topics (merit increase, bonus round etc);
• Provide the business with external market data.
What you offer:
• Min. 2-3 yrs experience in Comp & Ben;
• Consulting Mindset;
• Open to learn new topics;
• Open to work independently as well as collaborate across teams/reporting lines;
• Experience in German Social Security rules;
• Experience in Payroll processing;
• Fluent in German and English (both writing and speaking);
• Previous experience with market data an advantage;
• Previous experience with payroll in German market;
• Previous Experience with SDWorx/Partner platforms in Eastern Europe.
