Payments Officer with Frech
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
• Repair/input of inward and outward payments;
• Proactively monitor payments queues to ensure cut off times are met;
• Ensure all queries related to payments are being answered timely and promptly;
• Strictly follow the procedures established for the process / Ensure that all procedures & manuals are up to date & applied;
• Proactively escalate to the Line Management any issues / transactions that would impact service delivery or potential loss to the bank;
• Exhibit ownership of the business, understand financial impacts of the processes and identify ways to reduce financial losses;
• Maintain company internal and external control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators
Requirements:
• Higher education,
• Experience in banking or back office operations (payments processing experience would be an asset but not essential),
• Advanced level of English and basic (A2) French;
• Ability to multi-task and manage several applications;
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required;
• Ability to continuously provide high quality of service and to achieve customer satisfaction and to ensure that necessary internal policies are fully executed;
• Ability to work within international environment;
• Flexibility and ability to work under time and stress pressure;
• Good Team player;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
