For our Client, an international importer of Trucks and Bus, we are looking for Parts and Service Sales Manager who will responsible for ensuring the attainment of parts and service business performance metrics for their dealers and supervising Parts Sales Managers in Poland and Ukraine. Parts and Service Sales Manager provides leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring efficient and effective execution of critical field activities including.
The person on this position provides necessary support to two Parts Sales Managersin order they can reach their own target and to ensure that the strategy defined by the company is well implemented. Parts and Service Sales Manager will take care of dealers, analysing key operational data and working with senior dealer management to develop and execute business improvement plans to achieve specified results. Creation of annual plans and business analysis to monitor and track dealer performance and activate corrective actions will also be a key responsibility. The important part is also to make sure that all the marketing actions and customer attitude are well deployed.
We are looking for candidates with at least bachelor’s and preferably with MBA degree and at least 5 years of experience in the commercial side of automotive industry or truck industry.Very good command of English is a must. Product support and service marketing experience in the industry will be a strong plus. Candidate must demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills with strong orientation on the result. Parts and Service Sales Manager needs to have strong leadership skills and coaching attitude.
