For our Client whose office’s located in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates, who would like to join their team in Customer Service Department.
In your job you will be responsible for providing support for clients from Europe and USA via email and telephone (outcoming calls). In your scope of duties will be also updating database, preparing reports for management and ensuring smooth flow on information. Working schedule – late shift (between 14:00 – 22:00).
We are looking for very good English speakers (min. B2) who would like to start their career in a big, international company. Financial or customer service background will be an asset.
