Packing Project Engineer

For our Client we look for a person at the position of Packing Project Engineer.

The person will be a member of the Regional Skin Care Project Engineering team.

Main duties:

• Support Client’s Company and relocation vendor to install packing lines
• Assistance with verification of installation works for Lines to verify compliance versus drawings including IQ and Dynamic tests
• Managing of tendering process for PSU works. This implies liaison with Purchasing organization, response to technical questions and technical bid analysis of proposals if needed
• On going engineering start up support as operations continue with OQ and PQ of the lines including;
• Understand Packing Line relocation scope and Mechanical/electrical modifications

Skills:

• At least 5 years relevant experience covering the items
• Typically mechanical engineer with experience with Packing equipment eg
• Has experience with project management disciplines managing scope, cost, schedule of activities
• Has worked as a member of larger project team providing support on site at the customer location and has experience working in field/installation works
• Experience working on project in Cosmetics and GMP environments typical of food and cosmetics standards
• Autonomous, self starter is action oriented, know to raise issues and seek input from sponsor
• Solid written and spoken communication skills, fluent in English
• Willing to work long hours during startup period
• Must be willing to be in Lodz from Monday to Friday, possible Saturdays during startup phase of project.
