P2P Process Lead - Interim, 1 year and longer (m/f)
Our Client is a global manufacturing company with advanced engineering solution. For the first time, there is a goal to create European SSC that will serve 7 Countries. It's a strategic initiative for the Group and so we are seeking to recruit an Expert to lead establishment of PtP process who will coordinate work between our Client and partnering BPO.
Client Details
Main focus of that role is to ensure process excellence across complex PtP operations and to support the migration process from 7 countries in the region to Cracow center. This function is 1 year project based and Client can imagine longer cooperation with that person when further centralisation will take place. The role directly reports to the Global Process Owner for P2P.
Description
- Perform gap analyses of processes in the local organisation with the agreed Standard Business Processes as designed for the Shared Service Centre.
- Support changes of local processes, procedure and IT solutions to fit the global standards.
- Identify need for localisation of processes (approved deviations from standard process designs).
- Work effectively with Project teams, Global Process Owner and users to find solution for problems and issues arising in the transfer period.
- Overall responsibility to make sure that local processes are ready for transfer into the Shared Service centre within the project time frame.
- Provide recommendations for process standardisation and process simplification/automation.
- Ensure global P2P processes are properly implemented within the shared service centres.
Profile
- Professional experience in running end to end P2P processes (e.g.: Invoice Processing, Payments, Banking, Reporting).
- Energetic, proactive and self motivated qualified finance professional with the capability to build strong internal and external relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and motivate teams through periods of high change.
- Experience of effectively operating in a global organisation with multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
- Experience of implementing significant business change across different national and business boundaries.
- Track record of driving simplification & continuous improvement across key business processes.
