Responsibilities:
This position will report to the O2C Process Delivery Lead and lead O2C teams in the planning, management and delivery of in scope processes including Accounts Receivables, Cash Application, Credit, Dispute Management and any other related managerial and decision activities. You’ll manage O2C teams and ensure quality and efficiency of produced work. You need to hold regular meetings, coach and mentor team, recognize key employees. You’re going to be a Subject Matter Expert for O2C related topics You’ll be supporting migration of O2C processes from European countries to Cracow. You’ll also oversee escalated AR, cash applications, credit issues, dispute management and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
You have to be experienced in a financial shared service center supporting multiple countries / business units. You need to understand of end to end O2C processes and associated technology platforms deeply. Management and leadership skills are crucial for this role (2 years of experience as a Team Leader). Your Englishand Frenchhave to be fluent. It is important that you have a strong accounting background.
