OtC Team Leader - new structure! (m/f)
The OtC Team Lead will manage a team of up to nine credit collectors who will be responsible for a specific country or region. The responsibilities of the Team Lead will cover management of the operations of the team as well as being a people manager.

Description
Management of daily operations of the team
Acting as people manager
Being a trainer and a first point of contact for the team
Supporting the team (up to 20%) when necessary in collection activities
Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement
Profile
Degree in business administration, finance or related disciplines
At least 4 years of experience as credit and collection specialist
Team leading experience would be an asset
Fluency in English
Knowledge of other European language such as German, Dutch, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese
Knowledge of SAP, ORACLE as a strong asset
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Hands on approach
