OtC Senior Accountant
Our Order-To-Cash Senior Accountant in Shared Service Centre will ensure that all transactions
are processed with efficiency and quality according to predefined standards, as well as handle
and take ownership of business and audit queries and act as a mentor for less experienced OTC
staff.

Description
- Being responsible for OtC processes
- Reviewing monthly reconciliation for specific balance sheet, P&L accounts
- Analysing, investigating, researching and correcting accounting entries as needed
- Establishing and maintaining effective lines of communication and relationships with other
departments, within Finance and global organisations - Identifying process improvements and recommend changes to improve systems
processes and performance - Being a mentor and role model for less experienced staff in OtC team
- Being the first point of contact for team/business/audit queries
- Providing knowledge sharing of OtC processes and the update of the OtC site on the SharePoint
- Developing, validating and revising work instructions for processes within the department
- Providing direct support to Superior, Manager with tasks and projects as required
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience with accounting
- Very good English
- Preferably knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX or similar ERP system
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and particularly in MS Excel
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong team player
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
