For our Client, an international company with a leader position on the global market in their industry, who has established Global Business Service in Cracow, we are looking for OtC Process Expert with leadership and project management experience who will take responsibility for establishing and developing new global process strategy.
On this position you will be responsible for establishing and developing vision and road map for Contract Admin, Billing , Dispute Management & EDI process and support Global Process Owner in the execution of global strategy. As a Process Expert you will review procedures and process shape and determinate areas to improve, develop and automatize. You will also drive improvement initiatives with local team and prepare appropriate training. On daily basis you will collaborate with business, corporate and Enterprise Business Services.
We are looking for a Professional who presents deep operational and OtC process understanding (especially Contract Admin, Billing , Dispute Management ), with strong leadership and project management experience who will be able to establish implementation of global process strategy. The ideal Candidate should present previous experience in driving process improvement initiatives as well as competency in cooperation with senior management on global level. Fluent English is required.
