For our Client, a global organisation, one of the leading production companies in glass industry, who established new SSC in Katowice last year, we currently looking for OtC Process Improvement Lead.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for the areas: Specific Process Improvement Order to Cash services, performance metrics across all services: PtP, T&E, OtC, AtR, service propositions, Internal customers councils and champion services process documentation. On this position you will be responsible for identify areas for improvement, prepare change recommendations and lead improvement initiatives, design new process plans and strategies for improvement along with company strategic goals. Moreover you will further develop and be responsible for the creation on a routine basic KPI for accounting shared services as well as work with leadership of each service stream to develop clear service propositions of the delivery or their services.
Successful Candidates should present considerable knowledge of accounting, reporting and analysis and
experience (above 5 years) in accounting, preferably in shared services environment and strong experience within process improvement, together with very good English skills. Experience in leadership/supervisor is preferred as well as process improvement qualifications. LEAN certified, VBA knowledgeable and preferably Six Sigma qualification as well as being familiar with trends, IT-, process- and organizational solutions in SSC/BPO industry– as an advantage. Mobility and openness to periodically Travel International when needed is required.
