To achieve our ambitious growth goals we are currently looking for an additional employee in our Admin Services team.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
• Settlement of OTC and foreign exchange transactions;
• EMIR / Regulatory Reporting (GTR);
• Verification of trade confirmation, Contract Management;
• Investigation and resolution of any discrepancies;
• Preparation and sending of settlement instructions to the custodian banks;
• Giving instructions for transactions in Advisory & Outsourcing - Middle Office (OTC, FX and money market);
• Accounting responsibility (up to formation of a legal position) within the frame-work of order matching;
• Support in processing new fund projects and implementing new products;
• Cooperation in structuring, implementing and optimizing new processes;
• Participation in internal projects and working groups;
• Cooperation in the specialist and technical development of assigned tasks.
Qualifications, Experience/ Skills and Key Competencies
The successful candidate will bring the following:
• University degree in economic related areas (banking, accounting, finance, business);
• Several years' professional experience in the investment management company operations, banking operations;
• Knowledge of Paring / Matching Processes would be seen as an asset;
• Knowledge of different investment products / finance instruments (securities, loans, funds, fixed deposits, etc.);
• Proficient in MS Office (in particular Excel) and conventional information systems;
• Experience in working with fund accounting system and Bloomberg;
• Very good knowledge of English (in writing and speaking);
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to work as part of a team;
• Very good attention to details and ability to work toward tight deadlines;
• Ability to work as part of a team.
