HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Order to Invoice Analyst with Norwegian
Responsibilities:
- Create manual orders by request and by exception
- Manage order creation issues and order acknowledgement
- Order Validation, Order maintenance and Delivery Creation
- Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments
- Cooperate with Logistics so orders / deliveries can be consolidated into optimized shipments
- Follow up on Delivery exceptions, including refusals avoidance and returns order creation
- Issue invoice follow up
- Develop effective customer communications and relations to facilitate effective order to invoice fulfillment, including:
- New item launches
- Prolonged stock issues
- Investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues.
Requirements:
- An University Degree
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service area
- Fluent in English and Norwegian is a must
- Practical knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel/Access)
- Autonomous, results oriented, promoting team-work, problem solving
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- SAP experience is an advantage
