For our Client, a global company from healthcare industry, we are looking for Process Analyst in order to cash process to join an international team in Warsaw.
On this position you will be responsible for verification of delivered solutions from the supplier, check that the vendor delivers the process qualitatively and Resolving escalations due to the O2C process. In addition, you will be providing error cause analysis and recommendations on how errors can be prevented in the future. Moreover on this position you will be responsible for direct contact with stakeholders, an internal client. Your responsibilities will be regional / national in the EMEA area.
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of experience in logistic or order processing (preferably in SSC environment). Fluent English is required as well as presentation skills. Good customer service attitude and first SAP experience will help you in daily work. If you are experienced in problem solving, have analysis, communication and collaboration skills and business maturity don’t hesitate and apply!
