For our Client, a well-known international company based in Gdańsk, we are currently looking for an OTC Team Leader.
In this role you will be responsible for supervising members of the team to ensure efficiency and that processes are compliant with policies and quality standards. You will support Clients in the area of billing and accounts receivables. Daily, you willmanage invoice creation, cash collection and allocation, order on hold, credit control including dunning, reporting on aged debt, and prevention of doubtful and bad debts. You will prepare monthly reports and handle escalations.
To be successful in this role you need to have experience in AR department and excellent understanding of Order to Cash processes. You need to experienced in managing a team and have ability to build and maintain relations with Customers and Business Partners.You need be able to distribute work-load within the team and establish priorities. Experience in work in the ERP system (preferably SAP) is a must.
