Order Management Specialist with French or Dutch


For one of our Client, a leading global provider of advanced optical and digital technologies for the medical industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of the Order Management Specialist with French or Dutch.

Your role will be to participate in the creation of sales support in the newly emerging Business Center in the heart of Wroclaw.

Your responsibilities will include comprehensive order management from customers located in Europe, particularly checking orders in the SAP system, prioritising the allocation of products to countries or customers in the absence of them in warehouses, managing the availability of materials for customer orders, returns of goods, intercompany sales and priority of orders.

We expect 1 year of previous experiencein a similar position in one of the following areas: supply chain, logistics, purchases, sales support or material planning. Experience in the field of customer service will also be valuable to us. Due to the work for France / Belgium / The Netherlands, we expect good command of French or Dutchlanguages as well as good English skills (B2).

It is necessary to have previous experience working on the SAP system. We expect candidates to be available for business travels (2-4 weeks) during the trial period.
