Order Management Specialist with Scandinavian language
Our Client is a start-up SSC located in Wrocław city centre.
They are a leading global provider of advanced optical and digital technologies for the medical industry.
Your new role
Your role will be to participate in the creation of Order Management Department in the newly emerging Shared Services Center in the heart of Wroclaw.
In particular, your responsibilities will include comprehensive order management from customers in Europe, particularly in Scandinavia.
You will:
- check orders in the SAP system;
- prioritise the allocation of products to countries or customers in the absence of them in warehouses;
- manage the availability of materials for customer's orders;
- coordinating special requests on shipment handling;
- return goods;
- deal with customer complaints;
- manage intercompany sales and priority of orders.
Requirements
We expect previous experience (1 year) in a similar position in one of the following areas: customer service, supply chain, logistics, purchases, sales support or material planning. Due to the work in the Northern Europe / Scandinavia region, we expect good knowledge English and one of following languages: Finnishor Swedishor Norwegianor Danish.
It is necessary to have previous experience working on the SAP system.
We expect candidates to travel due to the planned 4-week stay in Germany during the trial period (process transitions).
