For one of our Client, a leading global provider of advanced optical and digital technologies for the medical industry, we are looking for candidates for the position of the Order Management Specialist withFinnish, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish

Your new role :
  • Participation in creating Sales Support department.
  • Participation in the transition of processes from Hamburg.
  • Managing sales orders.
  • Checking sales order processing in SAP and intervening if not automatically processed.
  • Managing material availability for customer orders.
  • Prioritising of product allocation for countries or customers in case of product shortage.
  • Accelerating the supply chain processes for priority orders.
  • Coordinating special requests on shipment handling.
  • Coordinating the return management from subsidiary to warehouse.
  • Setting quality blocks in SAP and triggering stakeholders.
  • Inter company sales price maintenance.
  • Discount management for inter company sales on specific discount

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Experience in customer service or similar roles.
  • Very good English language skills (B2/C1).
  • Communicative French or Dutch language skills (B2).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Experience in SAP environment.
  • Experience of working in a business centre, within complex, large volume environment is an advantage.
