Your new role
You will be responsible for leading a team consists of 8 people and you will be main point of contact in cooperation with other departments or stakeholders, assuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your responsibility will be to make sure that order management processes run smoothly within expected time deadlines. You will be reporting directly to Operations Manager, providing statistics and reports, monitoring KPIs and SLAs.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidate we are looking for should possess at least 3 years of experience in leading a team consists of minimum 8 people. We are also seeking for at least 2 years of experience within shared service centre environment.
