For our top Client, from the pharmaceutical sector, located in Łódź, we are currently looking for Order Management Support Specialist.
On this position you will be responsible for receiving and processing procurement, Accounts Payable and Travel&Expenses support request from countries through the ticketing system, phone, mail. You will also support users with eProcurement systems and processes. In addition, as an Order Management Support Specialist you will be working closely with the second line support (IT, Accounts Payable, Master Data, Contract team) to provide stakeholders with end-to-end solution. Moreover, you will be a person who will conduct automation and process simplifications in operational procurement. From time to time you will be also supporting projects when required.
We are looking for candidates with experience in Procurement or Accounts Payable and with the minimum Bachelor’s degree. Fluent English is a must, the other European languages (Italian/Spanish) are an asset. We are seeking self-motivated and organized candidates with practical knowledge of MS Office. Disciplined and dedication candidates are preferred.
