Our Client is a known and recognisable international medical company, who has establish a Business Services structure in Wrocław.
On behalf of the Client we are looking to recruit Order Management Specialist with Finnishlanguage.
Your new role:
As Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for supporting after-sales operations, ensuring all orders are processed in accurate and timely manner. You will work closely with Customer Service teams in European countries to ensure alignment on business expectations, as well as to provide necessary information to clients and managers within the company.
Our requirements:
We are looking for young professionals with high communication and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively with the team. Candidates should speak Finnish and English language on upper-intermediate level (B2) and be familiar with MS Office tools. Previous experience in Supply Chain, Order Management or Customer Service areas will be a plus but is not necessary.
