Gdańsk- full time contract of employment

- providing customer service during the whole lifecycle of the marine and offshore spare parts field
- coordinating and handling the order process from the creation and confirmation, through monitoring the delivery to the customer until invoicing
- contacting various stakeholders from around the world
- working with the ERP system - SAP
- coordinating optimal workflow level as well as engaging fellow team members
- cooperating closely with our foreign Clients and also with the other departments like Quotation, Purchasing, Logistic and Invoicing
- English fluency (C1 level preferred)
- university degree in a relevant field
- min. 2 years of experience in similar role
- analytical thinking and ability to resolve complex problems
- enthusiasm and passion about working with customers
- high ability to deal with a large and diverse workload
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- attention to details and accuracy in daily work
- creativity and openness to share and implement new ideas
- experience in Customer Service in maritime industry is nice to have
- experience with SAP ERP system would be an advantage
