Your new company
For our Client, an internationally recognised brand which creates new structures in Wrocław we are looking for Oracle ERP Application Analyst.
Your new role
- Implement, configure, and support Oracle eBusiness Suite applications as well as other business applications
- Gathers and documents detailed requirements for business needs and collaborates with others to determine moderately complex functional and/or solution designs
- Demonstrates a detailed understanding and execution of the software development lifecycle
- Demonstrates proficiency with troubleshooting and research tools (i.e. myOracleSupport, e-TRM, Implementation Guides, etc.) to perform complex moderately complex troubleshooting
- Identifies interdependencies in programs
- Identifies more advanced test scenarios and adequately tests customizations and configurations
- Demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
- Responsible for planning small/medium sized projects or tasks
- Makes substantial contributions to determining feasibility of goals/objectives
- Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques including ability to find root cause and corrective action for given problems
- Serve as a mentor to less experienced Application Analysts
- Demonstrates proficient use and knowledge of established standards and procedures
- Consistently demonstrates quality and effectiveness in work documentation and organization
- Understands change is important and adapts well
- Welcomes constructive feedback as an opportunity to improve
- Professionally approaches situations in which conflict is present
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business or another relevant field AND 2 years relevant experience OR an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in successful implementation of technology solutions.
- Experience with one or more of the following module suites: Financials (GL, AP, AR), Discrete Manufacturing (INV, BOM, WIP, Cost, PO), Supply Chain (Order Management, Shipping, WMS), Advanced Planning (ASCP, DP, MRP), CRM (iSupport, iStore, Teleservice, Depot Repair, Install Base), Human Resources
- Experience testing custom applications and Oracle patches
- Experience with PL/SQL(Programming Language/Structured Query Language)
- Experience with Oracle application tools (e.g. Workflow, etc.)
- Experience with Oracle Demantra, Oracle AgilePLM, Kewill Flagship, Management Dynamics Trade Automation applications
- Demonstrated strong and effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in a large team or departmental setting
