ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Operator, you are responsible for performing, supporting and controlling process work and operating different machines. Hereby you take into account the stated (quality) requirements such as GMP guidelines, safety regulations and SOPs, so that the production of medicines is efficiently
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Producing drugs
- Prepare processual and preparatory work
- Operation and monitoring of machinery and equipment
- Monitoring and updating of automated processes
- Carry out quality checks on process, machine product etc.
- Discontinue work when guidelines and procedures are at issue and immediately report deviations or malfunctions
. Support and / or perform line, process and cleaning validation
- The visual inspection of products manual / semi automatic process
2. Cleaning and conversion equipment
- upgrade and conversion equipment
- First line maintenance equipment
- cleaning and disinfecting machines, work environment and / or production areas
3. Formulate and Report
- For timely and correct production documentation
- Formulation, reporting and registration of production and control data, cleaning operations performed, assembly work, deviations, faults, particulars etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Training at MBO level 2
- Knowledge and experience with operating and pharmaceutical processes
- Good knowledge Dutch and English
- Knowledge and experience with production operating systems
