Operations Support Engineer
Location: WroclawTreasury IT team works on the development and support of various regulatory projects. Main areas are Treasury Risk and PnL Initaitive and key regulatory and liquidity risk reporting solutions used by Global Treasury and Liquidity management reporting business teams in the bank.
Multicultural team in Wroclaw, Zurich and Pune. Around 20 people in Wroclaw. 3 Scrum Teams in Wroclaw. Scrum Masters, Bas, Ads.

RESPONSIBILITIES
An integral role within the existing DevOps team. Responsible for: Managing resolution of technical issues for Step Tool application (under Treasury P&L initiatives) on many different layers. Will Coordinate resolution with various team members for majority of the issues, analyze root cause and assist in efficient resolution of all production processes. The Step Tool project is currently in the Red, this role will be fundamental to supporting the application. If not approved, the Step Tool migration and stabilization project cannot be delivered which will have a critical impact on metrics (Profit and Loss Statement) that are used by our traders, Product control and regulators on a daily basis. An experienced resource is required immediately due to current state of the project, hence decided to go for contractor, however based on future plans, funding, and performance of the resource, we might consider conversion to perm.

SKILLS
MUST
- High analytical and communication skills
- SQL skills
- Experience in data analysis.
- Familiar with programming/ troubleshooting concepts and knowledge of MS VBA
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in Oracle 11g/12c, Oracle Exadata with some performance tuning experience
- Familiar with UNIX Shell Scripting (Bash, Ksh) and ability to read and apply modifications.
