Operations Project Controller (m/f)

Our Client is a global manufactring/engineering mid-size company, which located its new green-field project in central Silesia.
Opis stanowiska
- Lead and execute FI ERP module implementation (Navision), develop and set up adequate costing processes, set up test scenarios and data migration from transferring site.
- Resource planning for Finance and Controlling for Polish entity.
- Oversee, identify plan deviations and recommend resolution for project manager.
- Maintain current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow.
- Prepare internal reporting package including operating metrics, financial controls and performance indicators that will help in improving business performance.
- Perform operational and financial analyzes and present findings and recommendation to Managers.
- Develop and implement operational and financial controls to achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and direction to internal team for improving operational and financial performance.
- Develop financial modeling of annual budget to achieve cost objectives.
- Assist Operations Manager in preparation for operation reviews.
Profil kandydata
Essential:
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset paired with sound commercial acumen
- Ability to inspire stakeholders in decentral multi-national environment to buy in on new approaches
- Self-motivated and innovative in developing adequate and pragmatic solutions to make fast impact
- Strong project-management skills to steer internal and external resources
- Proven record in setting up operation processes
- Strong communication skills on all levels
- Fluent English skills
Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV data structures and modules would be a plus
- Experience with report writing and data visualization in Microsoft Power BI
- Additional language skills are a plus
