Description
- Taking full responsibility of service delivery strategy
- Managing, supporting and developing team consisted of Team Leaders and Analysts in order to fulfil set goals and daily productivity
- Setting goals for team members with focus on service delivery quality and overall operational performance
- Be a first line of contact for clients and team members in case of any support or expertise needed
- SLA and KPI management for rendered services and ensuring that quality standards are met
- Identifying business opportunities for clients with close cooperation with Management Team
Profile
- Experience in leading teams and projects in complex and international service delivery company
- Knowledge and relevant experience in performance management with focus on quality of delivered services
- Providing clear and meaningful conclusions from created performance and efficiency reports
- Value added approach with everlasting urge to deliver best solutions to clients together with managed team
- Advanced command of German and English is a must
