Operations Manager – Group IS Service Delivery
We have a requirement within the Group IS Service Delivery department for an additional Operations Manager to own the Service Delivery Reporting Service which includes, SLA, KPI, Dashboard, and Trend Analysis reporting.In addition, the successful candidate will support the Problem Management service and the wider team to meet the increasing demands of a global IS department, supporting 15,000 end users. As part of the Group IS Service Delivery team you will be exposed to a wide range of roles, finding a great opportunity to learn across multiple service delivery disciplines.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY
Client's Group Information Systems function deliver, manage and maintain systems that support company’s business. This includes the IT Infrastructure (Network, e-mail, file/print, internet) and core applications. The mission statement is: To be recognised as an approachable, flexible and responsive Division which understands customers’ needs and is committed to delivering innovative, cost effective services and solutions.
You will own the Service Delivery reporting lifecycle, including the production, maintenance, distribution and continual service improvement. In addition, you will support the Problem Management service in the investigation of problems following an ITIL aligned process, engaging support teams, tracking actions and escalations.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are looking for good ITIL understanding, previous problem management and incident management experience, strong Excel and Data Analysis experience combined with enthusiastic, innovative and methodical attitude.Knowledge of ITSM v9, SharePoint 2013 and Major Incident Management Experience would be highly desirable.
