Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced manager who can run 40 FTEs team and improve company's operational processes!
Job description:
Manager will be responsible for the achievement of defined business goals. He or she will focus on developing knowledge of the process to obtain simplifications and concessions.
Operations manager will also take part in assigned projects to develop and implement innovative and operational business solutions for the whole European market. People management is also one of the crucial part of this position, as the manager will be responsible for achieving optimum performance levels by clearly communicating corporate and local requirements and translating these into individual & Team performance expectations and targets.
Requirements:
We are looking for mature leader with about 2 - 3 years of experience on similar position and highly developed leadership skills with experience in managing people. We can consider candidates with strong customer service background. Very good knowledge of English is a must.
Also required: good understanding of financial processes and controls, excellent analytical & problem solving skills and very good project management skills.
