KPI’s:
EBITDA of the HRO Division – Recruitment and Outsourcing business lines
Number of Employees within allocated clients
Number of Employees recruited through allocated clients on contract or perm basis
Productivity per employee within the Account Management team and Sales Person – leading to 4,000 € per person minimum
Customer satisfaction surveys returned
To manage a marketing and business plan for HRO Division
To ensure KPIs are set, understood and monitored within HRO business lines
To oversee new IT initiatives and implement upon agreement
Working within the Strategy Team to manage offices around Poland
Summary:
The Operations Manager will make a proactive, strategic business contribution working in conjunction with both the Client and Strategy Team. The role will focus on the achievement of long and short-term goals and seek innovative ways of ensuring optimum performance against contractual SLA.
Liaising with VeritaHR Marketing Manager
Provide for appropriate career building and professional development activities to ensure a climate of growth for all employee groups. Consider future opportunities for staff.
Support client invoicing issues within allocated clients
Manage allocated client expectations and be available to attend to internal and external queries on an ongoing basis
Oversee Service Level Agreements and Quarterly Service Reviews with all clients
Ensure Management Information is provided to allocated clients on a regular basis
Travel to 50% of allocated client sites around Poland and Internationally each year, to the largest Clients especially
Ensure Invoicing Process managed, and oversee that all rebates are honoured with the Strategy Teams’ sign-off - allocated clients
Oversee market analysis to generate Management Information, salary surveys, skills availability, demographic reports and competitor awareness
Assist with compilation of business plan for Invidia HR Solutions, including sections such as SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis, Candidate Attraction, Referral Schemes, In- and Inter-branch competitions
Monitor quality of website content on a regular basis to ensure clients are aware of our products with regards to HRO
To be a central point of escalation for any issues that require senior level involvement and resolution through the Strategy Team
To be a brand guardian for the HRO business
To play key role in implementation of new projects once agreed
To work within the Service Level Agreement guidelines driving Clients to greater efficiencies in their internal recruitment and HR processes, whilst maximising revenue opportunities for the group
To share and implement “Best Practice” processes and behaviour, where applicable, across all Clients – specifically regarding review processes and analysis of competencies
Working on client contracts, minimising the involvement of legal counsel and ensuring that a VeritaHR group standard terms of business is developed over time
Ensure mailshots are sent to prospective clients regularly through various external databases – set targets for relevant staff members to ensure visibility of the brand on the market
Ensure Satisfaction Surveys are sent out quarterly to all clients. Ensure that each client is made aware of the results of these surveys preferably through documented Quarterly Service Reviews
To ensure marketing and editorial is available for brochures for HRO Division
Client and Candidate Surveys implemented in order to maximise PR opportunities
To manage a team of Recruiters
