Operations Manager with German
A person who will join the position of Operations Manager with German will participate in knowledge capture and creation of new international structures in Poznań. This is the unique opportunity to build business processes from scratch and build and develop a new team in the AR/Collections, Billing and Order Management area.

Our client is an American company that connects IT, finance and automotive industries. They are a major global player in their sector and currently they are planning to open their Center of Excellence in Poznań this year. They will provide support for the German speaking entities.
Description
- Build, manage and drive a team of 6 FTEs
- Responsible for overall direction, coordination and evaluation of the department
- Ensure accuracy and completeness data provided
- Lead process improvement activities
- Coordinate 3 processes: order management, billing and AR/collections:
ORDER MANAGEMENT
- Processing orders in the system
- Manual invoicing
- Maintaining a database
- Close cooperation with sales/business owners
- Supporting technical customer migration for new products
BILLING
- Executing monthly billing run
- Creating and modifying invoices and credit notes
- Implementing price changes
- Running SOX controls
AR/COLLECTIONS
- Creating and modifying invoices and credit notes
- Executing the direct debit
- Setting up agreements for payment by installments
- Dunning, cash collection
- AR accounts reconciliations
Profile
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in order management or customer service area including experience in leading a team
- Fluent German and communicative English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good project management skills
- Able to prioritize and multi-task particularly when working under pressure
- Well organized and result oriented
