The chosen candidate will form part of Management Team and will be responsible for harmonising operations and helping managers and supervisors guide the organisation through a period of change.
Description
- Managing over 50-person operating team.
- Significantly grow the team and set up new functions in Poland Formulating and implementing strategies of subordinate areas (technical services and vehicle operations, insurance and claim, purchase and pricing, re-marketing) Management and monitoring of plans for subordinate areas.
- Coordination of the activity of subordinate organisational units of the operational department.
- Evaluating new market opportunities and taking appropriate actions to use them.
- Review of reports and financial statements regarding the subordinated area in order to take appropriate actions resulting from these lists.
- Planning and managing the budget of the operational department.
- Human resources management, including care for proper selection of employees and their development.
- Making decisions regarding the structure and principles of remuneration in the operational department.
- Supervising and preparing reports and reports for the needs of the Group.
- Reporting and close cooperation with the Board on region.
Profile
- University degree in finance, engineering management or similar.
- Minimum 5-8 years of proven successful track-record on a similar position in a financial institution/CFM Automotive/ Logistics or similar institution.
- Thorough understanding of Fleet Management, Stock, business processes and products
- Successful experience in leading and motivating operation team.
- Self-starter with ability to set up priorities
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English and Polish languages.
- Willingness to travel.
