• Responsible for typical and non-typical quality matters
• Act as a key interface between the plant and the different business functionalities
• Get your plans in motion through intuitive and diplomatic approach of relations
• Train and coach the shop floor in the related field
• Help promote a strong team spirit: "we do it together"
• Wide knowledge about GMP, GDP and ISO 9001
• Experience in equipment and process validation
• Verbal and written fluency in Dutch and English language

Do you want to have a key role in creating and realizing a zero defects culture? As our new QA Manager Pharma you report to the Manager QA / QC within our Operations Team. As our QA Manager Pharma you are mainly responsible for typical and non-typical quality matters of the plant, where we have 150+ employees.Responsibilities
• Lead (FDA) Audits• Responsible for typical and non-typical quality matters
• Act as a key interface between the plant and the different business functionalities
• Get your plans in motion through intuitive and diplomatic approach of relations
• Train and coach the shop floor in the related field
• Help promote a strong team spirit: "we do it together"
Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience of quality in a pharma environment• Wide knowledge about GMP, GDP and ISO 9001
• Experience in equipment and process validation
• Verbal and written fluency in Dutch and English language
