The person on this position would be taking over responsibilities for overall marketing activities in Poland and working partially in Holland. On this position you will be:
- Preparing and supervising the marketing plan & strategy
- Reporting on regular basis to the company’s General Director
- Cooperating on daily basis with marketing department in Holland
- Planning, creating and implementing marketing & employer branding campaigns in Poland
- Responsible for vacancy marketing, lead generation and optimization
- Responsible for online activities (social media/Facebook Ads, Linkedin, website operations and optimization, mailings, job portals, forums) & content marketing (blog)
- Planning & coordinating online/offline campaigns in different channels
- Planning & monitoring SEO and Google AdWords Campaigns – including budget planning
- Planning and organizing fairs and recruitment events in Poland
- Supporting on daily basis recruiters and recruitment process executed in Poland
- Responsible for overall marketing materials: brochures, leaflets & other printing materials
- Planning & monitoring of general marketing budget
- Cooperating with marketing agencies, printing companies, job market partners and other contractors
Function requirements
To be considered for this role you have to be well organized, creative and possess well developed marketing & communication skills. You have to be Google advertisement system expert and ready to travel between both countries. You also have to be business wise & results-oriented person.
Moreover
- You need to have at least 3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in online marketing
- You must be able to speak and write Polish and English fluently. It is a plus if you also master German
- You need to know up-to-date marketing tools for efficient lead generation (mostly digital ones) and use them to measure the results of your actions
- You must know Google advertisement tools in practice (AdWords, GDN, remarketing), as well as Google Analytics
- You should know how to use CMS & internal CRM, be able to create share-worthy, appealing content, and be acquainted with SEO tools
- You must be capable of working independently and organize your work according to priorities
- You need to have excellent communications skills, be creative and motivating for other team members
