An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Oncology Clinical Research Data Management Quality Leader (DMQL) to join a leading pharmaceutical company based in Warsaw.
Your new role
As a Oncology Data Management Quality Leader your main responsibilities will include: provides Data Management (DM) leadership and subject matter expertise to the study teams, overseeing and managing all DM activities for the study; serves as an “ad hoc” member of the study teams and is accountable for all DM-related communications, specifications, and documentation; development and oversight of DM processes and standards; management and oversight of vendor contracts, resourcing and budgets. The DMQL will typically be assigned to no more than 4 studies within a given therapeutic area, depending on size and complexity.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to have minimum of a BS in life sciences or computer science degree; strong Data Management experience in Biotech/Pharma/CRO industry (at least 3 years); strong Oncology Therapeutic Expertise will be an advantage; knowledge of clinical and pharmaceutical drug development process; leadership skills; excellent organizational and analytical skills; ability to work in a global team environment.
