Miejsce pracy: Olsztyn
Job purpose: Deliver reactive and proactive IT support for users according On-Site Services processes and routines. The general approach is to provide support and installations as per the approach defined by the Product teams, Infrastructure service delivery team or project within Global IM organization. OSS Analyst responsibilities should be defined in Service Handling Manual (SHM) documents related to the specific products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Incident Management in Service Management System
- Request Fulfillment in Service Management System
- IT assets management in Service Management System
- Actively use internal IT knowledge base (search, read, create articles)
- Participate in assigned tasks & projects
- Perform ’Ask IT’ sessions which are targeted at marketing new and existing services where a need have been identified
- Remote site visits
- Keep updated on OSS information
- Improve own way of working
- Accountable and responsible for own activities
- Take decisions on a per activity basis
Personal skills:
- Basic knowledge on working in Service Management Tool
- Read, understand, highlight need of and follow IT documents
- ITIL v3.0 Foundation Certified (preferably)
- Good troubleshooting
- Good at multitasking
- Can raise escalations when needed
- Good spoken and written English
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Manage stressful situations
