For our Client, an international law company with global reach, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of On-boarding Coordinatorin a Shared Service Centre based in Warsaw.
Your next position:
On this position you will act as a support for a Team Leader in terms of execution of on-boarding processes in the company and team management.In terms of on-boarding you will be responsible for ensuring all SLA’s, KPI’s and customers expectations are met and to provide overview on the processes to ensure the best quality. You will also be expected to take part in transition processes and new improvements implementationalso suggesting your own solutions. Additionally you will be involved in a team management tasks in case of TL absence (e.g. managing workload, holding escalations).
What do you need to succeed:
We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in area of HR Administration, Customer Service, Project Management or similar.This is an international role and you will be responsible for ongoing cooperation with internal Client internationally. Fluent English on this position is a must,another European language, preferably Italian or Spanish, will be an asset. If you are proactive and energetic person who can think strategically in terms of project coordination, apply!
